Choose the right makeup tip designed for your individual face shape
Facial structure should be analyses to ascertain the facial type so that attractive features are emphasized and irregular features are made less noticeable. To achieve this, you must understand basic face shapes.
Oval Shape Makeup Tips: Oval is co shape. Eyebrows should be shaped in a natural arch. Eyebrows should be thick and straight following the natural arch, but with a one eye distance between the brows. Lipstick should be applied on the natural lip line. Rouge application on the cheekbones should be blended towards the jawline. A deep colour foundation should be applied on the sides to minimize the width of the jaw and to achieve a slender look.
Are Special Eye Makeup Cleansers Worth the Extra?
Yes, especially if you wear waterproof mascara, which is notoriously difficult to shift. However, if you wear contact lenses beware oil-based formulas that get into eyes and blur your vision. Most eye make-up removers dissolve shadows and mascara without rubbing or stinging - a plus for the delicate eye area. But if you are happy with your regular all-purpose cleanser, that's fine.
Appropriate Makeup APPLICATORS, SPONGE-TIP AND BRUSHES
Square, flat, flexible brushes endow lids with a subtle finish and are excellent blenders. Sponge-tipped applicators encourage powder shadows to go on densely, so they are good for picking up, placing or tracing liner shadow next to the lashes. Fine brushes can be dampened and used to mix powder shadow into an easily correctable "liquid liner. Use a small, stiff brush to work powder shadows through brows. Mascaras come with their own brush wands, but it is useful to clean an old one and keep for separating and grooming lashes.
