How to Apply Mascara | Applying Mascara

MASCARA - LASH GROOMING

Even short, stubby lashes need a coat of mascara otherwise eyes look strangely bald without it. But distrust "lash building" formulas, which tend to have a gloopy. cloggy texture. Look for "natural Finish" mascaras that groom in a single coat and do not dry so fast that you can't separate your lashes. Of these, polymer based formulas glide on easily, last longest and are often water-resistant.

Brown-black, rather than full black defines without looking harsh. If you invariably blob your mascara, consider having your lashes salon-tinted. Mascara is probably the most important cosmetic of all to enhance the natural beauty of your eyes. Your eyelashes are in a position to  actually  reflect color into the eyes themselves To really emphasize the color of your eyes, you must frame them with a related shade of mascara.

How to Apply Mascara

For no-blobs mascara application, close the upper lids slowly and firmly on to the flat of the wand, forcing the colour consistently through the lashes. Wait for the coat to dry. Look up and run the tip of the wand back and forth along the bottom lash line. Brush downward to straighten.

Step 1.
If your eyelashes are particularly straight curl them with an eyelash curler. This will immediately open up the eyes and make them look bigger.

Step 2.
If you want to apply mascara to the bottom lashes do so before coating the top lashes. Position the wand vertically straight in front of you. Stroke down the bottom lashes, working from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.

Step 3.
Apply mascara to the top lashes
by looking slightly down into the mirror, brush the wand form the root to the end of the uppermost top lashes. Repeat as often as you like quickly before the previous coats dry up.

Step 4.
If the lashes stick  together so you can see a clump of mascara, brush through with an eyelash comb or an old mascara wand.

Now, you have not only lengthened the lashes but also intensified your eye color and made the white of your eyes seem whiter !!
