Toning and Firming the Neck

Follow this routine every time you apply body lotion or throat cream. Toning massage and exercise help keep skin firm and your neck flexible.

Toning Exercise and Firming Neck

1. Using the backs of both hands alternately, lightly stroke from your chest up the front of your neck, under your chin and over your jawline. Do at least 10 strokes with each hand.

2. Quickly and lightly slap under your chin with the back of one hand 30 times.

3. Using one hand, place the fingertips on one side of your throat and thumb on the other. Make firm and rapid, but gentle, circular movements up and down your throat five times. Repeat with the other hand.
