Steps for Eliminating Double Chin

1. Sit at a table and, with a closed, relaxed mouth, jut your chin forward and slightly upward.

2. Rest one elbow on the table and clench your fist. Balance your chin on your clenched fist.

3. Slide your lower lip out and over your top lip.

4. Press the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth behind your top teeth. Increase the pressure over a count of five. Hold.

5. Slowly release the pressure over a count of five.
