Bust Tonning Exercises

Bust toning exercise help raise the profile of your breasts by toning the pectoral muscles just above them and the anterior deltoids at the back of the shoulders. Repeat each exercise as many times as you like, and repeat the sequence at least twice a day.

Half Press-Ups Exercise

Kneel in doggy position, arms straight, hands ahead of and slightly wider apart than shoulders. Bend the arms until your chest nearly touches the floor and strighten without looking elbows.

Back Braces Exercise

Raise your right elbow and drop your hand behind your back. Bring your left hand up behind your back to meet it. Clasp hands and hold for five seconds, then change sides. If your hands don't meet, bridge the gap by grasping a washcloth.
