Hand Workout

1. Rotate each finger gently three times in each direction, manipulating it between the thumb and first finger of your other hand.

2. Gently rotate the wrists in each direction in turn.

3. Gently bend each wrist backward in turn by pushing the heel of your other hand against the palm.

4. Finish by letting your arms hang loosely by your sides, relaxing your hands, wrists and fingers.
